Hello, St. Clement parishioners & friends!
What a fabulous celebration of the Feast of St. Clement of Rome we had this past Saturday! Many thanks to all who made it happen!
Among the contributors to the celebration was the group Danza Santa Cruz. Here’s more about them: Aztec dance is Mexican traditional dance from indigenous people in Mexico. It dates back to the times of Spain’s colonization when the indigenous people first became Catholics and used their dances to honor Our Holy Mother Virgen Mary and God.
Danza was considered a form of prayer, but also a complete way of life and communication with what was most important to these people, their God. Aztec dance is one of the most basic expressions of artistic and cultural spirit of the native people of Mexico.
The Danza Santa Cruz has promoted Aztec dance in Tulsa for the last 10 years.

At this Sunday’s 10:30 Mass we will celebrate the Rite of Acceptance for those inquirers in our OCIA (formerly known as RCIA) program. Please keep them, their families, and their sponsors in your prayers as they become catechumens!
Parishioner Jesse Bechtold, who attended the 2024 Eucharistic Congress, will speak about the Eucharist for a few minutes before each Mass this weekend.
The Angel Tree is set up in the back of the church. Each angel ornament represents someone who is supported by our Outreach program or a family within our parish. Through the generosity of our Women's Guild, Youth Group and Outreach, we are able to continue this beautiful tradition of giving.
Please consider picking an angel, purchasing a gift, and returning it *wrapped with the angel tag attached* by Sunday, December 15th. Thank you for your St. Nicholas-style generosity and love!

*The Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is not a Holy Day of Obligations this year. Bishop Konderla has dispensed us from the obligation to attend Mass on that day but strongly encourages us to attend anyway — more about that here.
**All K-5th Graders are invited to be part of our Christmas Pageant during the 5:00 pm Christmas Eve Mass. It’s a beautiful way to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas as we share this special moment with our parish community.
Rehearsal Dates: Wednesdays 4, 11, and 18 Dec from 6:15 to 6:45pm + Monday 23 Dec from 10:30am to noon. Use the button to sign up or sign up in the church foyer.

We are happy to welcome Karlo Broussard back to our parish on Wednesday 4 Dec at 6:30 pm in the Marian Center.
Karlo will be giving a special Advent talk on Mary, offering insights and reflections that will help deepen our understanding and appreciation of this holy season.
As a renowned teacher of apologetics, catechesis, and evangelization, Karlo has dedicated his life to equipping the faithful with the tools to share and defend our Catholic faith. He is an apologetics speaker for Catholic Answers and a partner with our diocese in various ministry efforts.
